As I’m feeling much better today after the glumness and anxiety of the last couple of days. The dizziness has gone and I got a good night’s sleep last night.
I’m also feeling a lot less anxious about my upcoming second date with ubergeek. And rightly so considering how much we enjoy each other’s conversation already.
I don’t suffer anxiety attacks very often. Low mood is something I’ve had all my life and I know how to handle it. Anxiety attacks are horrendous and I’ve had the ill fortune of suffering several last year.
I should probably do a post on anxiety soon.
Edit: Ubergeek and I have a date for this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed that it goes well.
