Angst

I’ve been following this blog for some time and this morning he has given a superb summary of social anxiety and introversion. Though I do not have social anxieties (except relating to my dating history – and these are not an issue at present), I do identify with a lot of the issues he discusses with regard to being an introvert.

Very eloquently written.

  1. I agree, well written and a good explanation. I have never thought about social anxiety or it’s cause, but I can see how negative thinking (of outcomes) would make you want to stay in your shell. The mind is really powerful!
